We are dedicated to optimize the process engineering and cost competitiveness of the Die & Mold, Aerospace and Automotive industry by providing the critical elements of services through CAD / CAM solutions, HSM techniques and Millstar range of metal working products in our region of operations.

HSMCIL LLP represents Millstar LLC, USA, a pioneer in manufacturing indexable & solid carbide cutting tools for cost effective, high speed & high accurate machining solutions for the Die & Mold, Aerospace and Automotive industry. Millstar LLC have a reputation of being specialists in 3-D milling, Hard Steel milling and milling on Aerospace alloys.

HSMCIL LLP provides total machining solutions through their proven CAD / CAM support along with Millstar's cutting edge solutions. We will optimize the productivity of our customers through ownership of both the software (CAD / CAM Solutions and HSM Techniques) & hardware (Millstar Cutting Tools), which are among the most critical elements to successfully implement High speed machining in your organization.

In addition to cutting tool and machining application services, HSMCIL also develops proprietary manufacturing software systems under the YantrAlysis brand, built directly from experience of building systems to cut parts without typical operator errors at our sister concern CNC machine shop. YantrAlysis is a combination of strong process knowledge + software engineering skills + a fetish for PokaYoke implementation on a CNC controller.

YantrAlysis — Software We Built Because We Needed It

Every CNC shop has seen it. The operator sets up the machine, everything looks right, the job runs — and the parts come out wrong. Not because the machine made a mistake. Because the setup was for a different part, or a different step in the process, and nobody caught it until the damage was done.

We built YantrAlysis to stop that from happening. Before the machine starts cutting, it checks whether the setup in front of it actually matches the job that is about to run. If something is off, the machine stops and tells the operator what is wrong. Not after the first part. Before the first cut.

We have been running it in our sister concern machine shop since October 2020. Over time it grew to cover everything — who set up the machine, who approved it, what tools are loaded, how the machine is behaving as it warms up. All of it logged, all of it checked.
